Pros
Was a good company with a lot of drive. But in recent years had deteriorated to none.
Cons
Leadership or lack of it, gives no direction in strategies and making ad-hoc decisions due to knee jerk reactions. Communication is very HQ centric and dissipation of important messages were tasked to middle management whom were unable to deliver with accuracy & effectiveness. Employees are left to fend for themselves when trouble aroused.
