Pros
I have found it a friendly place to work, If you are Flexible and willing to put yourself out when needed you will do well. Bioquell tend to promote within the company if possible and some people are encouraged to go for jobs that they may have felt out of reach. They have a sick scheme which goes above the basic government requirement, and a decent death in service benefit. They are flexible to personal circumstances.
Cons
Some staff seem to have to many bosses which causes problems. Managers and section leaders don't always have full control of their departments because higher management often overrule decisions. The flexible and skillful staff tend to get all the training on new products etc, but theknowledge should be spread around, because one person who knows everything goes off sick, no one else knows what to do!
