Pros
They are fairly quick to hire if you don't demand high salary. Good option for those who are trying to get into research as they would let you train while working.
Cons
Not a company where you would stay longer than a year. Once you train and are able to network with people you can easily find a good job. Management is very controlling and they have their own favorite people. No benefits and other work perks, just a basic salary and 2 weeks PTO.
