Upward advancement feels somewhat stymied. Will actively hire you for one role but force you to actively perform outside of your job description duties regularly.

The only positive aspect of this company are the people who work there. No, not any of the managers, but the actual people who ACTUALLY do the majority of the work and keep that sinking ship from sinking any faster.

Upper and middle management are useless. Always over-promise to clients and expect the understaffed, poorly trained workers to make impossible demands happen. Then, as if salt to the wound, pat themselves on the back for their mediocre management skills and products. The products are mediocre, and that is a compliment. There is no actual "research", there is merely trying to fix products that SHOULD have been already ready for manufacturing the first go around. GMP? ISO? What is that? This place clearly never took a class in basic manufacture and documentation procedures. How this place has stayed in business THIS long is rather impressive.
