Nice people but what the company presented itself as is far from reality - Savings Consultant Bionic Employee Review

Insufficient training considering the pressure they put on you and how strict they are. Don't trust staff - every break a timer comes up on your computer I have seen people come back 1 minute late from lunch and get into trouble. And are not understanding if you get sick or miss your train etc. High turn over of staff - constantly put up sales target every week even if you didn't reach last weeks one. The extra "training" you get if your not doing well isn't anywhere enough it's a 5-10 minute chat in another room with sometimes 2 other people besides you. Encourage some dodgy sales tactics- recommending an energy retailer over a cheaper offer because the company is paid more (bigger commission to you but found this misleading to customers) Won't pay you your commissions if you don't hit 70% of your target and lose a % of your bonuses if you misread script etc.
