Power tripping managers, micro managing as if their life depends on it. Every employee is underpaid and overworked

Pros

Good & friendly team, lots of prizes to be won for good sales and hard work (food outings at the pub, iPad's etc)

Cons

Very strict and not much freedom when it comes to break times (have to be there exactly on time or you get punished), no phones until it's break time and etc.
