      Awful place to work - Insurance Sales Agent Bionic Employee Review

      Pros

      You do not have to wear a suit

      Cons

      Everything! Toxic leadership, crazy amounts of cold calling to get "lives" i.e. leads to pass over to another team. Unrealistic targets, reading from a script, no autonomy, quarterly target meetings at a whiteboard (DAILY! quarterly per day), expected to come in early without being paid for morning meetings, expected to work late without extra pay. Its just a toxic environment

      Pros

      Good & friendly team, lots of prizes to be won for good sales and hard work (food outings at the pub, iPad's etc)

      Cons

      Very strict and not much freedom when it comes to break times (have to be there exactly on time or you get punished), no phones until it's break time and etc.

      Thank you for your feedback - we're glad to hear you enjoyed the incentives we run. As a fast paced company we do work hard during work hours, but like to ensure this is rewarded with many benefits and incentives.
