Recruiter Review - Grants Manager Biogensys Employee Review

I was contacted by Sara Palani for a grabts manager position. She described the position and was forthcoming about the salary. I agreed to interview for the position. After She spoke to the hiring manager it was determined that I was not the right candidate. I thought that was the end and that I would not hear from Sara again. Several weeks later Sara contacted me again for a similar position. She worked with me on my resume and scheduled a interview with the hiring manager. I had a great interview and was offered the contract. Sara was kind and considered. She did not give up on me. She helped me get a long term contract with a very good employer.
