very poorly managed company with zero staff training or follow up and high staff turnover. there is a real blame culture to the extent that senior staff dont want to help junior staff with something complicated as if it goes wrong it blows back on them, and then it inevitably goes wrong. zero team mentality obvious internal issues within the team with quiet hushed conversations sometimes blowing up into shouting matches. absolutely toxic atmosphere
