      stable company for decades. good products sold worldwide. japnese capital behind the company, no worries that BR will fall

      Cons

      japeneses culture, things stable are not easy to change the solid process of everthing. even need to print the application sheet for certain process. for supervisors to sign&chop. old-fashioned poorly paid. no innovation on products. like chemiluminescence and micro-fluidic techs. PCRs are out ald.
