- good opportunities and work experience being a small company - great people - In a good location - one hour lunch breaks -nice office - management were available to help when required
Cons
- did experience micromanagement, this was resolved however during my time - BIG BIG responsibilities placed on junior members of the team esp regulatory, quality - career progression and meeting market salaries is really needed. - not a lot of women in high positions, lack of diversity and inclusion, gender pay gap
