management dont know how to people manage. they do not care about their employees. production management really dont care about you unless you a supervisor or above. head of hr doesnt have a back bone and doesnt seem to know what he is doing. production managers are manipulative people get pushed or forced out of the company without an actual reason. Pa has way too much control over the company. not nice person, treats employees like crap. as a former worker here i do advice not to work there as they dont care about you and will promise change and you wont see it and they promise development that they never will provide. if you want to progress in your job this is a company to avoid.
