Management have not got a clue in how to look after their staff right from the top downwards. The production management team are about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Upon starting at the company you are fed lies and false promises. Don’t be fooled by the good hours. This is a company stuck in the dark ages and any jobseeker should avoid like the plague!
