Pros

Nice perks. Free Lunch, lots of travel and a few excursions, Great coworkers and nice office. Good reviews are mostly from hourly workers that do not have contact with the CEO.

Cons

Tense environment to work. CEO is a good-ol-boy from the midwest that rules by fear, threats, anger outbursts and severe micromanaging. Some days he's awesome and others a nightmare, you just never know what version of him you will get and all employees walk on eggshells all day and do thier best to avoid. The slightest thing can set him off into a raging violent fit where things start flying around the office and jobs are lost. Management Hires mid-level and low-tier people that are competent but get pushed beyond their means. Top tier talent can see this in the interview process and never sign on. CEO spends too much time bragging about his Palo Alto home, $150k car, world travels and golf paid for by the company dime than building a strong team. CEO has no respect for the French parent company Owners and thinks he can do better than them at running their company. very low growth and low profit for a 10 year old branch. Competitors have grown massively bigger in the same timeframe.

Pros

The US subsidiary is relatively small, which creates a close-knit environment where you really get to know your colleagues. One of the standout aspects is how approachable and receptive the General Manager and Leadership Team are; they genuinely welcome input and are responsive to employee concerns. The workplace culture is highly collaborative, more so than in other companies I've worked for, and there is a strong sense of shared purpose. The work itself is meaningful, and there is a real sense of pride in the product. A bonus is the hybrid work schedule, especially at a time when many companies are moving aware from this flexibility. Overall, it is a supportive and engaging place to work.

Cons

Many employees are remote so the only con is not being able to see them in person as often as employees working out of Headquarters.
