My office colleagues are always friendly with me .

Cons

India branch has very poor management , specially power trading and IT, They have recruited highly incompetent management and They are not even passionate towards their work , I was restricted to talk to my colleagues by my manage and he always gives preference to south people . if you have eagerness to learn and grow then PLease do not join this company, I would like to give special advice to amrish asokan that opportunity should be given on the basis of competency .

Cons: Toxic Leadership: Insecure managers who see ambition as a threat. Zero Career Growth: Stagnation is not just accepted; it's expected. Punitive, Not Progressive: Your exit interview will be used against you. Blatant Dishonesty: The job in the interview is not the job you'll do. No Psychological Safety: Expressing dissatisfaction is a fireable offense.
