There are no pros to this job

Cons

Everything about this company is a CON. No one, not even HR cares about you as an employee. The owners are greedy and only care about money. They refused to cooperate with BBB and they now have an F for the BBB rating. They outscored our jobs to India and let go many U.S. reps to replace them for cheaper labor. My last paycheck was also skimped on my commission and they refused to pay me what I rightfully earned. Do not work for BioTrust, it is falling apart!
