Worst employer I've experienced - Anonymous employee BioStat Solutions, Inc. Employee Review

This company likes to hire and force to quit/fire/drive away staff frequently. I've never in my life seen such high turnover. They need programmers but hire those not fitting these roles and then penalize when the job is not done b/c the skill set does not fit. Favoritism is apparent. Destructive and unethical management styles. Micro management. This company will be very disruptive to most anyone's career path. A mickey mouse operation on a good day.
