-opportunity to learn and grow faster - management is really very protective of employees (we have seen during COVID and lull periods) - new hires are gradually on-boarded and so that they can pace up while learning - permanent full time work from home, no question asked - friendly, professional environment - efforts are duly rewarded

- compensation could be more competitive - work can be hectic
