      The company is full of nice people who are excited for the work they are doing

      Cons

      The leadership is disjointed and decisions are a mystery to everyone not at the C-suite level. Meetings will announce one thing one week and the following week undue the entire thing.

      Most people’s first job out of school No clear direction from management No process across the company, each department does its own thing
