      All of the people are incredibly supportive and willing to mentor younger employees. Everyone is passionate about science and the company's mission.

      Very educated people working there with 15+ years of experience. All very willing to help and answer a lot of questions you may have. Good experience in the pharma sector.

      Cons

      Can be slow. Lots of redundant market research. Things move slowly!
