Pros
Enjoyed the weekly sessions with renowned professors from MIT, Harvard university. These experts are hard to access and honestly hard to come by. Was promoted once during my stay here, have a few interactions with the CEO who is quite friendly and always provide me with interesting perspectives. Unfortunately I had to leave to further my studies.
Cons
Company has a high meritocratic culture, so if you really try to smoke your way in, good luck. On the other hand, you might also enjoy competing with your team mates in a positive way. Have to give up the share incentive because didn't stay long enough.
