friendly team relaxed working environment free fruit, which I believe they are taking away soon
Cons
pay is abysmal. minimal variation in day to day work. I think they hire people on FTCs so they can replace them after 12 months with another graduate who will accept appalling pay. very little chance of career progression/pay rise.
