Great people who allow for creativity and independence

Teams are smaller and it's important to be self motivated

BioLabs has beautiful state-of-the-art facilities. Generally pleasant coworkers. Business seems to be good, so that is promising.

Management seems disconnected from the individuals running the sites. BioLabs did not have a formal HR department when I worked there and I wish they had. Not a lot of opportunities for upward organizational movement.
