Wonderful people, meaningful work, lots of opportunities to make your mark if you're willing to do so unpaid and unacknowledged.

Dreadful salary, expectation to go above and beyond, work overtime, poorly resourced, no reward or acknowledgement of hard work and anabsymsal board who do not value expertise and skill of the workers (while exhibiting limited amounts themselves).

The people were so lovely, the job was fun and the overall aim of the company is great

Pay wasn't quite at pace with industry, but the job itself and the people more than made up for that
