      Pros

      Bioderm's catheter is a great alternative for men's bladder control. Their cath grip also has a strong niche in the market.

      Cons

      There is a high turnover rate at this company. I believe it is cause from being micromanaged by upper management.

      Pros

      Switched industries this year and was given an opportunity to grow my career. The people here are amazing and the company is profitable. This is an unusual combination and makes Bioderm a great place to work.

      Cons

      More flexibility with administration staff in regard to hybrid work models.
