      There are no good reasons to work here. A five year old can do the job.

      Some of the most immature people I have ever met. The so called management is the same. The ceo is a child.

      Pros

      Switched industries this year and was given an opportunity to grow my career. The people here are amazing and the company is profitable. This is an unusual combination and makes Bioderm a great place to work.

      Cons

      More flexibility with administration staff in regard to hybrid work models.
