This will be a big list but I will try to summarize: Very poor management The owner is very aggressive person who is insulting people all day Very low investments in R&D structure and very high expectations IF you do not meet high expectations, despite zero investments, you will be fire Very toxic environment and you will be suffering mentally and physically You will be under negative stress all the time (manager think this is the right way to treat his employee!) People are faking results to make the owner happy otherwise they will be fired!
