Incompetent Upper Management - Sales Manager Bio-Techne Employee Review

Upper management is grossly overpaid for what the company is getting. Most of the operations problems the company has is from their old CEO’s philosophy of “everyone wants a new toy, work with what you have.” This might work in a stand alone start up environment, but if you’re scaling and trying to be global, you need to have tools to leverage over throwing bodies at manual processes. Little expertise in the market. Company hasn’t had a hit acquisition in almost a decade. HR is also kind of terrible. They keep investing in fluff culture stuff with no direction.
