I really don't know how to feel - Anonymous employee Bio-Techne Employee Review

Third round of lay-offs in the past year make life hard. The CEO last year made more than Target's CEO (which is obsurd) but he isn't willing to take a pay cut to prevent laying off of people "because it would look bad to shareholders" is what we were told. I enjoy being able to do science and the only reason I haven't left is because I feel like this is the only place I can do the type of work I do in the Twin Cities without having to go back to academia and take an almost 50% paycut. Do better Bio-Techne.
