Great starting experience, can open many doors for you at other companies who will pay more for your talents developed here. Wonderful hard working coworkers who remain positive through tough deadlines and long hours. Great work life balance for anyone not working on the production line.
Cons
The company promotes EPIC values, which are just corporate human resources BS that everyone plays along with but nobody actually believes. Very authoritarian in policy. Demanding employees make medical decisions that could effect their long term health or be terminated from the company. Consistently pays under market value for almost all positions.
