Pros

The highest quality employees are always asking themselves 'what can I do to make a difference'? If having a meaningful impact sounds like something you're after, and you want to put in the work to get there, Bio-Techne hits the sweet spot. Bio-Techne is small enough that it allows your efforts and innovation to change the company. But the company is also large enough where it can change the world. Bio-Techne has had rock solid stock and earnings performance for many years, was just listed in Inc. Magazine's Best-Led Companies, and the company provides a wonderful space for leaders and employees to innovate and change. And the best part is your efforts go towards leading research dealing with life science challenges—you can make the world a better place. Success at Bio-Techne means you must bring you’re A-game, and be prepared to surround yourself with the colleagues who will challenge you and push you to be your best. Personally, I have never felt as valued as I am at Bio-Techne.

Cons

If you're looking for a company whose first mission is to take care of the individual wants and desires of each employee over the company as a whole, Bio-Techne may not be your spot. Employee voices are welcomed and valued, but decisions are also based on what is best for Bio-Techne. There is so much opportunity to make an impact here, but I've also seen some people unsuccessful here when they get trapped exclusively in the "what's in it for me" mentality.
