Pros
I have been enjoying myself here for about 2 years now full-time. So much has changed since I first started. Many individual departments are evolving & investing time & effort to bring out the best of our friends. They don't look at mistakes as faults but mistakes as opportunities to improve its process & not the individual. The company overall is adapting to current market rate salary, which is a huge plus. The company is still growing, still hiring. **Notice I have not used the words "work" or "employees" because the company treats you as a friend or neighbor & not an employee. The responsibilities that are given do not feel like work but more of a challenge which makes it fun.
Cons
If I had one complaint it would be "we have too much fun!"
