Pros
The Family atmosphere is really nice. Also, we are a growing company, and not getting smaller, which is nice for job security. I do feel the employee's do contribute as much as they can. I like what I do. For me, everyday is different, because we have so many new products. The benefits are outstanding. It's nice not having to worry about the money when things happen to my family.
Cons
Sometimes, I spend so much time at work because I am a work-a-holic...that I neglect my non-work-life. I try to balance this as well as I can. I have worked as a cost accountant for a long time, which is good, but sometimes I worry my career growth isn't as marketable. We just did a migration, so I do feel we are getting better, but there are many bumps in the road, and it's easy to get frustrated. But, I'm looking forward to the years to come.
