Pros

Flexible hours, really super flexible, if you do not want to work for the entire week is entirely up to you.

Cons

No basic pay, you only get profit sharing, aka commission if you manage to sell an item. During the second day of training, you will be told to sell the items to your relatives and families, they are your source of customers, so you are essentially earning your own family's money. Let me elaborate how it works, you will sell the product, a magnetic therapy device, for around $3000 to your family member, then you get $500 commission for every item sold, however, your direct superior, the business associate will earn a percentage too, $50, and the superior above your superior, the business executive will earn $100, and above him, the senior business executive will earn $200, then the business manager will earn $300 just because they are your managers. So YOU intro the product to your relatives and friends and do the marketing and promoting and they make profit out of your relatives and friends too, so if you do the math, your friends and family are paying extra money because of all the middle man fees. Plus, after selling the product to your friends and relatives, if anything happen to the product, you will need to do after sales service to assist them, and if the product is not good, it could sour the relationship with your love ones if they thought that you sold them a bad product. Think about it, you have 0 experience in sales, no qualifications, why would a company pay you $500, they are using you to expand their market and helping them to sell their product, yes there's job progression, you can also work your way up to the business manager level and then recruit people to make them expand the company alongside with you, but essentially you are earning your relatives and family's hard earn money and donating some of them to people above you too. It's easy money if you can persuade people into buying things from you but if you have a conscience then this job really isn't for you.

Pros

I’ve never tried sales and marketing before and it’s an industry that I never even thought of until my friend introduced me into the business. I was willing to give it a try because I felt the - payout was really good - good career progression Mentorship and guidance was also given which was crucial for me because going into something new I was really worried if I could do well here, but the seniors really take their time out to really listen to us and help us out as long as we are open and willing to communicate But what really make me continue here is the environment and culture of the company, to always help each other out, fun sports days and just the overall friendly atmosphere and positive vibe. And of course the potential of health and wellness and the long term plans of the company really stood out to me as to why I feel I would want to help the company grow into a well known brand

Cons

If you’re not ready to keep an open mind to really and learn and breakthrough when trying new things, then creating results and progressing well in the company might be harder for you. will have to be open to communicate about how you are feeling so the seniors can help you out with any queries

Pros

Good promotion system if you put in hard work. A clear system to know individual progress. The orientation and training helped me understand the products even though I have zero sales experience. The company leaders are involved majority of the time and share their knowledge openly, which makes it easier for me to learn and understand. I managed to grow faster than I expected and that boosted my confidence.

Cons

Starting out can feel like a new experience and Abit uncertain, especially if you’ve never done sales and marketing before. A lot depends on how much effort you’re willing to put in and your desire to want to improve yourself.
