The employees are fun and treat each other with respect. This is the first company I have worked where the majority of the employees have truly embraced and have been excited about change and new ideas. The work is diverse and I've had the opportunity to work for large international brands.

Some employees want to do things the way they have always been done - with little thought on how things should be done today - and why. Thankfully, this is the exception rather than the rule.
