Also due to the size of the company there is opportunity for a lot of variety within your work. For example as a software developer in the same day I might work on development of features, working on a defect fix, designing a new product enhancement, or working on second level support helping troubleshoot issues a customer is having.

Cons
Development team sizes are quite large due to growth increase in past years. This growth can cause some disconnect between the tasks within the teams. However this has been recognized by the company and they have communicated that they have plans in place to continue to support the teams through this and be more effective as we continue to grow.
