We have all new hires complete training on various topics, such as anti-harassment, as part of their onboarding to cultivate the culture we want as an employer. We also re-take these trainings annually as a company to reiterate the importance.
Once the manager brought to my attention your differences on work priorities and work ethic, I immediately reached out to you to communicate, gather facts, and help reconcile. This is unfortunate to see you have a strong difference of opinion of what occurred during your second week with the company. I wish you the best and success in your next role.
