Great benefits, unlimited PTO, Remote enviroment

Ineffective leadership, heavy micromanagement, and a lack of appreciation for team contributions.

I orginally enoyed my time working at Binance.US, but it eventually turned very toxic.

There is a lot of incompentent people who work here, but somehow make huge salaries. I honestly think there is something shady going on. That is why not that many have left despite the large amount of lawsuits and other issues. I even caught the interiem CEO fall for a real phsihisng attack once. Which leads to my main point. The worse thing is that I recently recieved a letter in the mail letting me know that my employee data was leaked due to a hack on April 19th of this year. This included my socail security number. Im not suprised as there was tons of negelnce in the Security team while I worked there. Seriously do not work here.
