The hiring process was a complete nightmare - I had interviews with people who couldn't even get their internet together. After all that, they offered me the job, and we agreed on a salary. But guess what? They used some sketchy tool from the company deel to offer me pennies on the dollar just because I live in a developing country. Communication was a complete joke - they insisted on using Telegram instead of email and didn't even bother to reply to my questions until I complained. And let's talk about the recruiter. This guy had a clear racial bias against me just because of where I come from. He couldn't believe that I actually had over 6 years of experience and deserve a fair salary. So, unless you want to deal with a recruiting process that's a complete joke and work for a company that uses shady tactics to pay you less based on where you live, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
