You are pretty much left on your own to figure things out with little to no guidance or training program. If you are not able to figure it out on your own, it's your fault and you will get fired. Zero direction from management with OKRs not updated in more one year. Zero work-life balance, and expectation of extended hours are not communicated explicitly beforehand, leading to misaligned expectation. Employees are not allowed to trade, in and out of Binance, how is one expected to know the product if you're not allowed to use it?
