Cons
Corrupt. Irresponsible staff with min experience got promoted or special treatment as long as they are"friend" with team lead. Don't join the firm if you from regulated FI background. You knowledges and experiences will be a waste here. Advise for those who regret " It's ok, if you feel this is wrong decision to join the firm, you can't change the firm culture, but you can change your life. Pls learn the lesson and find other job in a regulated (in good reputation country) firm. Advise for "team Lead", be humble, you will never know what will happen in future. Pls pray hard that you can stay in binance until retire or else you will never know who you will meet out there in future. With your experience, I am sure you cant survive out there.
