      The severance package was okay when we got released. Coworkers were cool to work with,.

      This company hired over 150 adjusters in Duluth GA. The adjusters were extremely underpaid. and daily metrics were 3 times higher than other firms causing us to have many errors during claim handling. I've seen adjusters click off on task and half do work just to meet my daily goal. including myself! I've seen adjusters leave this company to jump on other firms because of low pay. I would never work here or suggest any adjuster work here. you WILL be overworked and extremely underpaid. and talk about sketchy. The owners of this company are former state farm employees whom underbid every other adjuster firm to have a state farm contract.

      Pros

      You gain State Farm experience. Relaxed dress code. For the most part a steady paycheck.

      Where do I start? We were advised all major holidays would be PTO. LIE!! They took them away and allowed only 10% of us off. No matter what you had planned. We were told we would be adjusters. #LIE more like call center representatives. You are expected to stay on the phone and neglect outgoing calls for claimants and insureds. The company just cut hours from 50 to 40 causing a major pay cut. Also a lot of us Reps were demoted to processors. This company is just Bankers test dummy. It's just a mess. The MANAGERS!! Clearly the majority of them have no previous managerial experience. Sad.
