Pros
Flexible work and wasn’t bothered by upper management. They let you be yourself and do your own thing. Benefits are perfect and pay was good for the area. I enjoyed going to work every single day. I liked how they wanted us to be a family and how we would do a lot of activities outside of work together. The overall culture was good. I do regret leaving. Small company vibes.
Cons
At the time there was a lot of drama in our department that was an issue before I arrived. You had to figure out which side to be on quickly. It started to make the work unbearable and if you picked the wrong side there were consequences. You couldn’t figure out who to trust anymore. I didn’t always feel like I fit in at times. I was told someone made up rumors about me to the entire company before I came that were completely untrue. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. I tried to push through for a bout a week. So instead of continuing with the drama I just walked out and left the situation entirely. It was a losing battle. ***This was just my experience but want to make people aware of the situation in this particular department.
