Management is miserable and delusional. Hourly employees starting earn a dollar less than 20+ Year vets. In most cases earning more than employees that have been there for 5+ years. Salaried employees are below industry standard. Poor managerial decisions effect hourly employees bonuses and raises but now higher ups. You don’t get compensated for performance or acknowledged for going above and beyond. Company is a must avoid unless you are waiting on better opportunity's to arise and need a filler. The high turnover rate is self- explanatory.
