      Pros

      Overall higher pay rate but not worth your sanity and health. Working at Bilzin Sumberg will make you sick if you last long enough. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

      Cons

      Very low employee morale especially in staff positions. Workforce is highly expendable and segregated by “class”: attorneys are aristocrats and non-attorneys are peasants. EVERYTHING is micromanaged and nitpicked (ad nauseam) by Michelle R. Weber to a level of neurosis and harassment.
