We are surprised about your mention of the lack of learning opportunities, as we provide quarterly soft-skills training, in addition with 'Lunch and Learns', our weekly Team Showcase and the annual $1,000 budget for personal or professional development. We're sorry you felt that this wasn't available to you. We understand how joining during the pandemic would not have been the most ideal of circumstances, as within this time there were a lot of competing factors the Executive Leadership Team had to prioritise for the ongoing safety of our employees, whilst continuing to meet all of our clients expectations. In response to your advice to management, I am pleased to say we have recently implemented a "Senior Team Lead' role, which is an additional layer of leadership to support the ongoing development of our teams.
