Pros
Biltmore is a very unique place to work. It is one of the most beautiful properties in the country. Overall the company philosophy and standards are very high. I feel the company really does care about the employees and the community. There are a lot of perks working for the company. We get free tickets to the estate and other attractions in the Blue Ridge Mountain community.
Cons
There is a lot of politics in some of the departments. It's hard getting weekends and holidays off. You have always be in a "good mood" even when you are having a bad day.
