Pros
Beautiful... fun... nice employee discounts...The only place I know where everyone is going to have fun... People are there to play and enjoy themselves, we get to help them have a blast. There are a wide variety of positions and it is easy to flex between one department and another to do a variety of things and make hours. Everyone there seems to be very good at working together to make the entire place successful and not just their own department
Cons
work days not always long enough to justify gas to drive in for work. The new uniforms and all going as far as pants. I buy mine at goodwill and they are the right colour. I prefer if we were to get small inceremental raises and more hours versus the company spending on in consquentials. Just my own opinion. It was sort of hard to find the downside, although I must say if I were looking for management and advancement of this nature I do not percieve where this really exists, but I am not looking for this....
