Pros

You’ll have some stock upside if you can survive the absurd pace at which you’ll pump out features

Cons

- Worst office in a terrible location for commuters with zero sunlight and a horrible elevator. Only real soulless vampires can be happy 5 days a week in office - Disconnected and delusional CEO with a whip he loves to crack even on the best performers for not performing at his ideal pace, which is always unreasonably faster - Low quality product with little testing - You’ll work weekends whether you like it or not. - Equity structure was changed to 10/20/30/40 and there are people at the company that have 25/25/25/25 and you’ll work just as hard as they do but pay way more in taxes if things work out and have a lot more to lose at potential layoff - CEO has no idea how a design system works and designs a new screen every day that looks like a new app - Staff Engineers seem mis leveled and some seniors are way better yet lower level than the staff eng

Pros

Incredible experience and intelligent people. Well paid for your time as an intern. High emphasis on building your future career as an intern; very interested to develop your future success and career growth.

Cons

Still has a start-up feel (not a negative!), which sometimes means that intern programming felt in the early stages of organization.

Pros

You can learn a lot, that's it.

Cons

- Where do I even begin. - Terrible leadership, absolutely no one has your back here. - All the company cares about is squeezing out profit, people are nothing more than numbers. - The CEO lacks the basic leadership skills needed to run a company. - Managers dump their stress on employees. - You'd think leadership was making millions from the way it acts, which only highlights how little it actually makes. - There is no empathy or humanity anywhere. - There is no support for exhausted personnel, no work life balance, and no trust. - There is little to no room for promotion or growth, and the salary is so low it feels insulting. - When you complain about being forced to work on your days off, you're treated like you're incompetent and unreliable. - The mistreatment is so relentless, you start questioning your abilities and self worth. - If you care about your career, stay as far away from this place as possible.
