Pros

Working at Billyard Insurance Group has been a really positive experience for me. The team is very supportive, and I always feel like I have someone I can go to whenever I need help. Both managers and team leads are approachable and genuinely willing to assist, which makes the work environment feel much more comfortable and supportive. There are also great opportunities to grow professionally. I’ve learned a lot since I started, not just in my role but overall as a professional, and I feel encouraged to keep developing. The company supports growth and helps you move forward in your career. The environment is very welcoming and team-oriented. Everyone is willing to help each other, and there’s a positive energy that makes coming to work feel comfortable. It really does feel like a team where people want to see each other succeed.

Cons

It can get busy sometimes, but the teamwork and support make it enjoyable.

Pros

The company culture is genuinely one of the best parts of working here. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and easy to work with, which makes day-to-day work enjoyable. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and people are always willing to help each other out. It’s a positive environment that makes coming to work feel rewarding.

Cons

One of the biggest challenges is the lack of consistency from upper management. Priorities and direction can change frequently, which often results in redoing work or completing tasks that end up not being used. This can make it difficult to stay on track and feel productive. Additionally, compensation is below industry standards, with limited opportunities for meaningful raises or bonuses, which can be discouraging over time.
